Sessius 1622 is a 17th century design-driven boutique property. Spread out on three floors with views ranging from the Mont Blanc to the Jura, the house was recently renovated in a style that draws inspiration from the owners’ design and international collection. Each suite is uniquely decorated with design furniture and collectors’ pieces.

Rooms are equipped with quality bed linens and towels and luxury toiletries.

Breakfast is included in the price and is served daily 7:30-10:30 in our dining room. We source all our breakfast products from small producers locally

The manor was planned and built 400 years ago and therefore it is not possible to accommodate an elevator. Unfortunately, at this stage we cannot welcome guests living with disabilities preventing them from climbing staircases.

Classic

Our classic room offers 26 sqm of space to host comfortably 2 guests.
The large bathroom with bathtub is adjacent to the room and is of exclusive use.
The room features a Japanese-style design bed, a Murano glass ceiling lamp and a desk designed by renowned architect Jean Nouvel.

Deluxe 1

Our Deluxe room 1 offers 34 sqm of space with a design, ensuite bathroom.
The room brings together the appeal of a traditional manor’s bedroom with two fireplaces and a ceramic stove, with 20th century design furniture and lighting.

Painted in Farrow and Ball’s Sulking Room Pink, the room offers views of the Jura Mountains and its incredible sunsets. The romantic pink colour evokes the traditional hue of boudoirs, a room whose name comes from the French “bouder” (to sulk).

Deluxe 2

Our Deluxe room 2 offers 37 sqm of comfort and calm. It boasts of a traditional French fireplace and an original Louis Philippe mirror. Painted in a fresh blue “Parma Gray” by Farrow and Ball, the room features a Venini lamp that represents five different techniques of Murano glass production. This is the most formal room facing the Mont Blanc with its incredible hues of white and blue.

Junior Suite – attic

Our two 50 m2 junior suites, all with unique features and en-suite bathrooms, are a design space that combines 17th century beams with high-tech aluminum cladding. Two junior suites are located in the attic and have access to a 30 m2 living area.

Loft

Nestled between the courtyard and the old barn, it’s an independent annex, used in the past to prepare food to be served in the manor – the large brick oven and other cooking facilities are intact. The loft offers 65 sqm of space on two floors and includes a bathroom, a kitchen, and can host up to 3 adult guests or 2 adults and 2 children.
